**Since we do not supply these tumblers, we cannot guarantee how each tumbler's powder coating will react during the engraving process. Different brands and manufacturing batches vary greatly in coating thickness, consistency, and material composition.

If we have not previously engraved the exact tumbler brand/style you provide, the first tumbler may need to be used as a test piece to determine the correct engraving settings.**

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

The first tumbler may be required for testing and calibration.
If a tumbler does not engrave correctly due to inconsistent powder coating or unknown material specifications, the customer is responsible for replacing the tumbler.
Madi Kay Designs is not responsible for replacing customer-provided tumblers that become damaged, imperfect, or unusable during the testing or engraving process.
Unlike the tumblers we sell directly, we cannot replace customer-provided products because we do not purchase them at wholesale pricing.

We strongly recommend providing an extra tumbler when ordering multiple items.
